House rules

1.No smoking in the room.

2.No cooking in the rooms(except in unit with kitchen).

3.Do not slam the door, always use the doorknob.

4.No loud music and overloud speak, jumping or running in units.

5.Please respect quite hours in object 9pm-8am.

6.Always keep the door closed and do not use hall for longer conversation.

7.When you go out,please always check are you turned of all risk devices(heaters, stove...).

8.Its strongly not allowed to left adapters for charging device in socket when you are not in unit.

9.Please do not dry your clothes on heaters or near fireplace-there is wash&dry service in object(one cycle free).

10.After you check in and unpack, please provide your ID or passport to host for your registration and pay for your stay.We only accept cash payment.

11.Room visits are not allowed for persons who are not our registered guests.
